NOODLE KUGEL 
6 (8 oz.) wide noodles, cooked
1 lg. carton cottage cheese
1 sm. carton sour cream
4 eggs
3 to 4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter

While noodles cook, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla. Mix in sour cream, cottage cheese, melted butter and cinnamon. Stir in drained noodles. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until bottom is golden brown.
