SWEDISH PANCAKES 
4 eggs, well beaten
Salt
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix in order given. Bake on hot griddle. Spoon in small amounts, tip and turn griddle so batter runs all over the pan for large cakes. It is not necessary to grease the pan. Good with sour cream and blueberries; whipped cream and strawberries; butter, powdered sugar and fresh squeezed lemon; lingen berries.
