HOT STUFFED CAPRI SANDWICH 
1 round loaf of bread
1 lb. seasoned bulk sausage
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes, drained, chopped
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
6 lg. eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cut off top of loaf scoop out inside, leaving 1/2" shell. (Freeze inside for later use.)
