QUICK PICKLED PEACHES 
2 (1 lb. 14 oz.) cans cling peach halves
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
3 sticks cinnamon
1 tbsp. whole cloves

Drain peaches. Combine the syrup with above ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour over peaches. Chill. Pierce each peach with one clove.
