EGG CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs, beaten with fork
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix above ingredients with fork. Pour in 2 small uncooked pie crusts or 1 large uncooked pie crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Mixture will be very thin and watery.
