FESTIVE SPINACH SPREAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry and pureed
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (7 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (1 5/8 oz.) pkg. imported dried vegetable soup mix
Cocktail Rye rounds

Combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts and soup mix in large bowl. Blend thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with Rye rounds.
