STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cut and clean pepper very thoroughly. Cook pepper in water and boil for 10 to 15 minutes; drain.

Cook and stir hamburger and onion until brown; drain. Stir in rest of ingredients except cheese. Stuff each pepper with sauce mixture. Put peppers in an 8"x8"x2" baking dish. If you have any sauce left pour on top of each pepper. Cook in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Ten minutes before they get done, sprinkle cheese on top. Put back in oven for remaining time left.
