1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in saucepan. Add cocoa and sugar to butter. Heat mixture for a few minutes on medium stirring thoroughly. Slowly add cream and cook until bubbly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over your favorite ice cream.
