5 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 c. self rising flour
2 grated lemons
1/2 stick butter
2 baked pie shells
vanilla flavoring

Mix egg yolks and milk in top of double broiler. Mix sugar and flour, and add to eggs and milk. Stir over boiling water until thickened. Add grated lemons, and butter. Pour into pie shells. Add vanilla flavoring.
