EGG CUSTARD PIE 
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
2 c. milk

Bake in hot oven about 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then cut heat to 275 degrees and bake about 30 minutes.
