EGG ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. cabbage
3 carrots, sliced
3 or 4 celery stalks, sliced
2 med. onions, diced
Salt & pepper
Dash of MSG (Monosodium glutamate)
Cooking oil
Egg roll skins

Brown meat. Drain; add onion. Cook 3 to 4 minutes. Add carrots and celery; cook 4 minutes. Add cabbage, salt, pepper and MSG to taste. Cook 4 minutes. Drain. Follow instructions on egg roll skins' wrapper. Fry in 1 inch oil until golden brown.
