3 c. sliced thin zucchini
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic chopped
4 eggs
1 c. bisquick
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. oil

Beat eggs and then add other ingredients except zucchini, mix well. Fold in zucchini. Place in a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut in small squares.
