ROCKY ROAD BARS 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of rectangular pan 13 x 9 x 2 inch. I prefer 9 x 9 x 2 inch.

Heat 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and butter in heavy 1 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted. (I use the microwave oven.)

Mix baking mix, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Stir in chocolate mixture.

Spread in pan. Bake 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with marshmallows, nuts and remaining chocolate chips.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly brown. Cool completely. Cut into 2 inch squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
