STUFFED SHRIMP 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 c. crab meat
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 doz. lg. shrimp
3 eggs, beaten
Bread crumbs
Oil
Dash red pepper

Melt butter in skillet. Saute onion, celery and bell pepper. Mix in flour and milk, stirring constantly until thick. Add bread crumbs, crab meat, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Mix well. Remove shell and vein from shrimp. If shrimp are large cut in butterfly fashion. Mold stuffing around each shrimp then dip in beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs seasoned with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serves 6.
