STUFFING FOR BAKED STUFFED
SHRIMP
 
1 box Ritz crackers
3 oz. or 1/2 can crabmeat
6 walnut halves

Grind the above together. Then add:

1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 oz. or 1 jigger sherry

Mix all together; form little patties. Insert patties into split and deveined jumbo shrimp. Put onto baking pan stuffing side up. Bake at 475 degrees for 20 minutes. After removing from oven, sprinkle a little more sherry on them, and then have a feast. Shake a little paprika on shrimp for color.
