COUNTRY CORN BREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. honey

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Add milk, eggs, butter, and honey mixing just until moistened. Pour into well greased 9-10 inch skillet. Bake 20-25 minutes.
