ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (not drained)
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 can coconut

Mix all ingredients. Mix well for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding (dry)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (9 oz.) whipped topping
1/2 can coconut

Blend pudding and pineapple until thick, then fold in whipped topping and coconut. Generously frost cake. Refrigerate.
