AU GRATIN POTATOES 
6 c. cubed potatoes, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Velveeta cheese (9 slices - cut in cubes)
1 medium onion (grated)
Salt and pepper and little milk

Alternate in layers with potatoes. Refrigerate before baking. Add milk on top. Bake 1 hour, 350 degrees. (Serves 6.)
