8 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 med. onion, sliced thin

In baking dish layer potatoes, onions, and cheese, ending with cheese on top. Pour chicken broth over all. Bake in microwave 20 to 30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
