KARI'S CREAM PUFFS 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. boiling water
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Oven, 450 degrees for 15 minutes; or 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

Melt butter in water. Add flour and salt, all at once, and stir vigorously after each addition until mixture is smooth. Drop from tablespoon onto baking sheet and bake. When done, let cool. Cut off tops and fill with whipped cream or pudding.
