CHERRY - GLAZED DUCK 
2 (4 lb.) ducklings
21 oz. can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. DRY red wine

Roast ducklings 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Remove and cut in half. Remove excess fat. Heat cherry filling, broth and wine. Spoon half of sauce on top of ducklings and roast 30 minutes more. Remove from oven and serve with remaining sauce. Serves 4.
