CHINESE EGG FOO YUNG 
6 eggs
1 can bean sprouts
1 tbsp. instant onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. crab or shrimp
vegetable oil

Sauce:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. water

Beat the eggs well; add the drained bean sprouts, seasonings, shredded crab or cooked shrimp. Fry in a little oil in a small skillet as for pancakes.

Serve with sauce.

Sauce: Combine all ingredients and cook until thickened. Stir constantly.
