TURKEY SALAD 
2 c. turkey, cooked
1 c. seedless grapes or pineapple
2 c. celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 hard boiled eggs
1/4 c. slivered toasted almonds

Sprinkle turkey with lemon juice. Chill several hours. 2 hours before serving, add celery, grapes, eggs and salad dressing. At serving time, garnish with almonds.

To toast almonds, put on a baking sheet with small amount of butter. Watch closely, or use frying pan on top of stove.
