HAZEL'S SALAD SUPREME 
2 boxes peach Jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. cold water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, reserve juice
1 tsp. BLAIR pineapple or banana flavoring
2 lg. bananas, sliced
2 c. miniature marshmallows

TOPPING FOR SALAD:

1/2 c. pineapple juice (use reserved juice + 1 tsp. BLAIR pineapple flavoring & enough water to make 1/2 c.)
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip

SALAD: Mix hot water and Jello and stir well. Add cold water and chill until slightly thickened.

TOPPING: Cook first 4 ingredients until thick. Add cream cheese to cooked mixture and blend well. Cool. Fold in Cool Whip, then spread over Jello. Sprinkle with coconut and chopped nuts.
