DUNKING DONUTS 
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. biscuit mix

Heat oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients until fully blended. On a lightly floured surface place mixed ingredients and knead for 3 to 4 minutes. Roll out to 3/8 inch thick. Cut out with a floured doughnut cutter. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 65 to 70 seconds per side. Take out of oil and place on an absorbent paper. Makes 1 dozen. Total time 20 to 25 minutes.
