IRISH SODA BREAD 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. buttermilk

Combine dry ingredients; cut in butter. Add buttermilk, mix quickly, only until dough leaves edge of bowl. Scoop into round shape. Bake at 375 degrees, 35-40 minutes. To serve, break off pieces, do not cut. I prefer to use unbleached flour in all bread recipes.
