FUNERAL SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 can crushed pineapple
1 pt. whipping cream
Graham cracker crumbs

Whip the cream and set aside. Mix Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water. Fold in whipped cream and pineapple. Pour into serving dish. Sprinkle with crumbs. Chill until set.
