SWEDISH EGGS 
1 lb. bulk sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 slices white bread, cubed
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage. Beat eggs and milk and other ingredients. I add onions, mushrooms, green pepper. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in 9x9 inch pan for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
