CHEESE BATTER BREAD 
2 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
5 c. flour
2 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. caraway seeds; optional

Dissolve yeast in water in large bowl. Stir in sugar, salt, eggs, and 1/2 flour. Beat 2 minutes. Add cheese, caraway, and the rest of the flour. Beat until well blended. Cover and let rise. Stir down and pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Cover and let rise until batter reaches the top of the pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
