PECAN-PECAN PIE 
1 c. maple syrup
3 tsp. soy butter
1 tsp. pure vanilla flavor
1 tsp. lemon zest (lemon peel)
1 c. pecan halves (to place on top)
1 c. honey
2 tsp. egg replacer
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. pecan pieces for mixture

Can add 1/2 teaspoon of liquid Braggs amino acids.

Combine all ingredients in order as listed. Can add a little whole-wheat pastry flour to thicken. Pour into unbaked pie shell and place whole pecan halves on top.

Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300°F and bake 20 more minutes, until set. Let cool and enjoy.
