CORN AND SPINACH CHOWDER 
2 slices bacon, sauteed until crisp
1 onion, chopped & sauteed in bacon drippings
1 (6 oz.) can cream corn
2 bouillon cubes in 1 c. water
1 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook over low heat until well blended and hot. Do not boil.
