1 lb. softened butter 1 pt. softened vanilla ice cream 4 c. flour Filling Mix together butter, ice cream and flour. Roll into quarter size balls. Place on cookie sheet, flatten with thumb. Fill with filling. Bake for 20 minutes. | |
