AUNT KIRKS' BARBECUE SAUCE 
8 CUPS:

2 c. barbecue sauce
2 c. tomato catsup
1 c. Heinz 57 sauce
4 c. meat stock
1 c. lemon juice
1 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 drops liquid smoke
Tabasco to taste
Any other seasoning desired
Garlic or onion powder to taste

4 CUPS:

1 c. barbecue sauce
1 c. tomato catsup
1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
2 c. meat stock
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 drops liquid smoke
Tabasco to taste
Any other seasoning desired

2 CUPS:

1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. tomato catsup
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1 c. meat stock
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 drop liquid smoke
Tabasco to taste
Any other seasoning desired
Garlic or onion powder to taste

Mix ingredients together in saucepan. Cook slowly until well blended. Bake pork ribs in large open pan in oven at medium heat until almost tender. Drain off fat, then brush on sauce and finish cooking until crisp and tender. Extra sauce; serve with ribs.
