TUNA PATTIES | |
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans white tuna (Albacore) 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs 1 egg 1/4 c. light mayonnaise 1 tsp. white wine Worcestershire sauce 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. horseradish 1/2 tsp. onion powder or minced onion 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. (or more) butter for frying Mix bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise and seasonings. Add tuna and mix thoroughly. Shape into 5 (or 6) patties. Cook them in frying pan with butter, until lightly browned, 5 or 10 minutes on each side. |
