SEAFOOD FRA DIABLA 
2 oz. med. shrimp
2 oz. lobster meat
2 oz. scallops
4 oz. chopped clams
1 pkg. angel hair pasta

Saute seafood in olive oil. Add 1 tablespoon chopped garlic and a pinch of crushed red pepper. Then blend in 3 ounces marinara sauce and simmer 2 minutes. Add 1 ounce of butter and chopped parsley. Toss together until melted. Serve over angel hair pasta.
