SPANAKOPETA 
2 lbs. finely chopped spinach
1 tbsp. salt
Dash black pepper
1 1/2 lbs. crumbled Feta cheese
1 lg. chopped onion
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 oz. olive oil
1 lb. phyllo dough
1/2 lb. melted butter

Wash spinach, chop fine, drain well. This is very important. Combine with salt, pepper, olive oil, eggs, onion and Feta. Mix well. Brush 12x16 inch pan with butter. Put 10 layers of phyllo in pan brushing each layer with butter. Add spinach mix. Lay rest of phyllo on top. Brush each layer with butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown. Layer, cool and score.
