5 HOUR OVEN BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew meat (do not brown)
3 onions, sliced
6 carrots, sliced lengthwise
1 c. diced celery
1 c. tomatoes
1 slice bread, cubed
Potatoes
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. tapioca

Mix all ingredients together, put in a casserole, cover and bake 5 hours at 250 degrees. "Delicious".
