OVEN STEW 
2 lb. stew meat
6 carrots
8 potatoes
4 celery stalks
1 onion, quartered
1 1/2 c. V-8 juice
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca

Layer in order in Dutch oven or small roasting pan. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours.
