TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. minced parsley
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) flaked tuna

Cook in 2 tablespoons butter over moderate heat until onion is soft.

Stir in: 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Then 3 c. cooked wide noodles

Bake in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, topped with 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs in moderate oven 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
