CARAMEL PECAN DREAM BARS 
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1 box yellow cake mix
1 beaten egg
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts

Combine butter, egg and cake mix and beat at high speed until crumbly. Press into bottom of greased 9"x13" pan. Combine Eagle Brand milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in butterscotch chips and nuts. Spread over first layer out to the edges. Bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
