POPCORN CAKE 
4 qts. popped corn
1 lb. plain M & M's
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 stick butter
1/3 c. oil
1 lb. marshmallows

Combine popcorn, candy and peanuts in a large pan. Melt butter, oil and marshmallows together. Pour this melted mixture over popcorn mixture. Mix well with hands or a heavy spoon.

Spray a large tube pan with Pam and press mixture into pan very lightly. Put the pan in the refrigerator until the cake is cool. Remove and turn out on plate. Set pan in hot water for a few minutes if cake won't let go easy.
