PORK CHOPS AND DIRTY RICE 
4 to 6 pork chops (small)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. rice (5 minute rice)

Brown pork chops in skillet (salt and pepper to taste). Prepare onion soup mix according to package. Put pork chops in an 8 x 11 inch baking dish. Spray with Pam or coat with oil. Add rice to soup mix and pour over pork chops. Cover dish with foil. Place in preheated oven and bake about 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve with green vegetables or salad.
