RAW SPINACH SALAD 
Enough spinach to fill an average sized bowl
1 lg. potato, boiled, diced and cooled
2 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
1 lg. green onion
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. sweet cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash spinach; add potato, eggs and onion. Mix together salad dressing and sweet cream, add to vegetables. Garnish with egg slices. Serve immediately.
