CINNAMON CANDY JELLO SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. cherry gelatin
1/4 c. red cinnamon candy
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped celery

Combine gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir cinnamon candy in 1/2 cup boiling water until dissolved. Add water to measure 1 cup liquid. Add to dissolved gelatin. Cool until partially set; add apples, nuts and celery. Chill until firm. Serves 8-12.
