EHTEL'S POUND CAKE 
1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. Swans Down cake flour
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream Crisco and sugar. Add eggs, beating after each addition. Add rest of ingredients, beating well. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
