DANISH CHEESE CAKE | |
Crust: 1/4 lb. butter 6 tbsp. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder Filling: 2 (8 oz.) pkg, cream cheese, softened 1 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 4 eggs juice of 1 lemon 3 c. milk Cream butter and 6 tablespoons sugar; beat in eggs. Add 2 cups flour and baking powder. Mix well. Pat into 9 x 13 x 2 1/2-inch pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and beat well until smooth. Pour into crust; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 300°F for 1 1/2 hours. Chill well before serving. |
