EGG CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk (evaporated or whole)
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour (self-rising)
3 eggs
Vanilla
1 stick butter
1 deep dish pie crust

Beat eggs and sugar together; then add flour and butter and milk. Mix well and add vanilla. Pour in deep dish pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
