HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. toasted bread cubes or croutons

Combine all ingredients, except the cheese and bread crumbs. Pile lightly into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with bread cubes and cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6.

This is a crunchy and flavorful chicken dish. For variety, substitute 1/2 cup diced onion and 1/2 cup diced green pepper for 1 of the 2 cups of celery.
