HAM CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced cooked ham
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. grated American cheese
3 med. potatoes (cooked & sliced)
1 can green beans (16 oz.)
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
Add onions

Melt butter (1/4 cup) in saucepan. Add flour. Stir in milk gradually. Stir until thick. Add cheese and stir until melted. Arrange potatoes in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with green beans. Pour half of the cheese sauce over green beans. Add ham and remaining sauce.

Mix melted butter with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until browned lightly. Makes 6-8 servings.
