HAM & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) frozen cut broccoli
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
2 soup cans milk
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
6 c. cubed fully cooked ham
4 c. quick rice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. In saucepan cook onion in butter until tender, but not brown. In a large mixing bowl stir together soups, milk and cheese. Add drained broccoli, cooked onion and ham, uncooked rice and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Divide.

Mix between 2 (2 1/2 quart) casseroles. Bake covered at 350 degrees until rice is done, 45-50 minutes. Serves 10.
